Conro and Sons carry’s out section 104 and 106 works to adoption standards, we are also credited to work on section 278 and 38 works.

Planers can be supplied to carry out all your cold milling and planer requirements using Wirtgen planers coming in 350mm, 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm widths with a maximum depths of 110mm, 160mm, 310mm, 320mm and 330mm respectively. Operated by qualified and experienced operatives that have a pride in their work and can deploy for both day works and night works.

All surfacing is carried out by staff trained to the highest industry standards who are confident in their ability to deliver a quality service and installation. We are able to self deliver all plant and deploy labour nationally.

Conro and Sons skilled workforce and supporting partners are all trained to CSCS/CPCS and NVQ standards as a minimum. Training is constantly reviewed and where a training need is identified then training is implemented.

Conro and Sons team members are trained and to supervisory level NRSWA under the new road and street works act 1991. Enabling them to work for the client base on such projects, totally committed to the project timeframes enabling us to maintain the critical path
to completion.

Agreements under section 278 of the highways act 1980 allow our client base to make improvements and/or alterations to the public highway under legal agreements with the local highways authorities.
