Conro and Sons Ltd are a
Shropshire based civil engineering and groundworks contractor who are capable
of deploying locally and nationally offering a professional service in all
aspects of civil engineering, groundworks and drain camera surveys. As a
company Conro has been engaged on prestigious projects such as but not limited
to HS2, The Athletes Village for the Commonwealth Games, Morrissons Stores and
The Cardiff University Hospital.

In addition to these projects Conro and Sons is currently
contractually active with several large property developers on remedial S104,
S38 and adoption works. These works are part of our national commitment to
Keepmoat Homes and Cala Homes. 

The Conro, Survey Solutions team is also currently active with
our property developer client base carrying out camera surveys on historic and
newly completed developments. Identifying issues with drainage systems
installed by others, advising remedial actions required and producing detailed
reports for the client and relevant water authorities to enable their adoption.

The survey team also carry out surveys for private clients on
over build projects to enable them to gain their certificate of completion and
sign off from the local authority.
